In working together, with me as your coach, your team members will utilize the W-I-S-E model. My unique approach allows for the achievement of breakthrough goals in business and careers while developing new leadership skills:
W – Winning Goals: The coaching program begins with a goal-setting process. Your staff will gain clarity and direction as they envision where they would like to be four months from today. Subsequent sessions focus on goal achievement.
I – Ideas: In subsequent coaching sessions, your staff and I, together, will brainstorm ideas. I will teach them proven leadership principles, best practices, and will discuss proven techniques which I have used successfully.
S – Step-By-Step Roadmap: In this session, your staff and I will work together to map out a customized plan which is necessary in order for them to achieve their goals.
E – Evaluate Progress: In each coaching session, we measure progress against program goals, step-by-step roadmaps, and action accountabilities from previous sessions.
